2007 batch IIS officer Mr Balwant Singh had taken charge as the new Collector of sambalpur districts from the former collector Mr. Pradeep Ratha today at late evening 9 PM. After taking charge, both Mr. Sing and Mr. had a meeting with RDC Mr. G. Srinivas. The former Collector Mr Ratha is appointed as Governor personal secretary.
